RETAINED - What is a retainer package?
A block of hours that you buy each month paid in advance,
hours can not be carried over to the following month.
I keep track of my time and let you know if you’re nearing your limit,
so you don’t have to worry about spiralling costs.
My retainer packages are fully flexible - this means I will upgrade or downgrade
you at all times to match the flow of your business.
PROJECT
Sometimes it’s easier to set a fixed price for a particular task or project
which we can decide upon at our initial consultation.
TIME TRACKING
How is time measured?
My time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 5 minutes via a time
tracking system specifically designed for VAs. You will be sent a time report with your
invoice so you can see a full breakdown of the services I have provided to you.
